Black Mountain Productions Inc., Myxer.Com and Indie Power.Com, are presenting: The IndieMusic Fest, May 22, 2010. This is a unique annual grassroots music festival and competition/showcase, specifically designedfor the unsigned indie artist, writer and musician. The event itself is all about indie music, the environment and the community. The Fender Music Foundation is our official music charity and there will be over 50+ vendor booths specifically themed with: Music, Sports, Recreation, Health, Family, Food, Eco Friendly and specialty products and services. There will also be other activities (tentative: headliner, car show, dance competition, celebrities, athletes, etc. TBA), and two stages where the best local unsigned indie artists, will be able to showcase their talents in the: Hip Hop, R&B, Urban, Rock and Adult Contemporary categories, to indie music professionals. Special V.I.P. lounges, DJ Areas, showcases and workshops will also be part of this annual event. www.theindiemusicfest.com
The evening will bring yet another special event activity; a competition for the chosen Top 10 Bands, that have submitted their material from across the United States and Canada, to battle it out for over $80,000 worth of music resources. A group of select music industry judges will then select the winners out of these Top 10 bands at: The Music box Theatre, 6126 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, California. The event will be "Live" video streamed across the country, with many music industry executives in the audience, to review the band performances and possibly offer additional career opportunities. Event Admission Fees: $15.00 General Admission (All Day Pass)

All Outside booths are: 10x10 : $375.00. **Price Does Not Include Electricity** Tents, tables and chairs are provided by each vendor. Food Vendors, please call our office for space availabilityand food type needed. (We have a strict policy to allow no more than 2-3 of any similar product or service at our events. If you are a main sponsor, you would most likely have an exclusive at the sponsored event/activity. Black Mountain makes all attempts to keep any similar product or service booths, from being too close to their competitors) **Those vendors who paid the higher booth price for the original May 9th date, will receive a $250.00 voucher off of next years booth price and FREE electricity and water hook-ups**
Expected Attendance: 1,500 to 3,000+ (Low Projection)
Advertising/Promotion: National Attention: Major Local/National Newspaper, Magazine, Internet, Radio and "Live" Radio Remotes, Cable Networks, Viral Campaign, tentative Live Video Streaming to: iPods, Cell Phones, Computers and Televisions Globally, Major Sponsorship Promotions and other activities. (Each participating vendor, will also, receive free marketing and promotional activity on our web pages, through the end of: December 31, 2010. Vendor must supply business logo and link)
We are looking for unique, professional and honest vendors. We do review each vendor and we are accepting a limited number of similar types of products or services. You cannot bring anything extra, that has not been written on your approved contract. There is NO early tear-down andNO set-up is allowed on Saturday, the main day of the event, after the event has started.

The orders placed with Pageantry, will be delivered directly to the Paramount Pictures lot and they will deliver the ordered items directly to your booth. Pricesare as follows: 10x10 (White) Tents: $80.00ea, 8' Tables: $10.00ea, 6' Tables: $9.00ea, White Plastic Table Covers: $2.00ea and Sam Chairs: $1.00ea.

Thank you for your participation consideration, in the Indie Music Fest. Below, you will see "Vendor Package" documents for your review in PDF format. You need to click on the PDF "icon" to see all pages. You can print these documents right from your own computer. For quick processing, please print out the Vendor Application and Hold Harmless forms, complete them and fax back to us, to hold your space for a 72 hour period. We can also, fax a complete Vendor Package to you upon request. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of application and must be received within 72 hours. The balance is due 20 days before the actual event date. Please make all checks payable to: Black Mountain.
